Pack the Item
Place the product in its original Hidesign box along with all tags, dust bags, and the authenticity certificate to ensure a valid return.
Schedule Pickup
Once approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost to you.
Quality Check & Refund
After our artisans verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
